House For Sale

Hello there. You must have seen the sign in the yard. A house in the neighborhood one street over just sold so we figured folks might want to know that ours is for sale too.

The house is actually For Sale right now, but please be advised that we haven’t gotten rid of every bit of our stuff and perfectly staged everything yet. It is clean and painted and if you can look past some boxes, you can get a good look at the rooms and the layout. See more pictures here. And the landscape here.

We are planning an estate sale after we sell the house so will need a little time to get that scheduled, but the stuff is ready to go.

This has been a great house for us. We moved here in 1995 and have been doing things to the house ever since. It is comfortable and functional and light and bright. The yard is a true respite and the shop is a man’s dream come true.
